I love the blind. This is my second SmartWing. When I received it, it was not completely level—out by 5/15 of an inch. With the help of their excellent support agents, I was able to make a fine adjustment. Now it's perfect!
Everything looks good and functions properly except thread home automations are unreliable and preform sporadicly. I have spend hours trying and finally gave up.

shades were pretty easy to set up, and connected to my google home account easily via matter, but constantly lose connection despite having a very clear and short path to the matter router devices. I have to hold the P button on the remote to “restart” them a couple times a day. Any advice or help would be great, as that’s the only thing that is stopping me from giving this a full 5/5 stars.

Love my new cellular Shades. Fit is snug, precisely measured. Noticeable heat conservation, which was a main motivator. Installation was a breeze. Set-up of matter automation equally straightforward. Printed instructions could be improved: they were more confusing than useful. Fortunately, they weren’t really needed.
Suggestion: include instructions on how to remove existing blinds. Then start with a quick setup guide, specific to the model at hand. Then, at the end, mention details or a QR code linking to detailed instructions.
Finally, jump fully on the Matter over Thread bandwagon, drop all the other options, and stop overcharging for the matter over thread motor.
Yes, I would recommend these to a friend (I have), and yes, I would buy these again (I will).
