We really like the drapes! The motor is very quiet and the fabric quality is good. It took a little bit of work to get the matter motor working, but this was an issue on our side (the wrong Alexa device) and not a problem with the product.
The only negative feedback I have is that the valence is not rigid. Given how long our window is, this means that the valance fabric naturally gets wrinkles and waves in it. I am planning to do a little DIY and sew a rigid wire in the back of the valance to help improve the appearance.

The installation of the drapes went fine. The measurements were exact. We are glad that the drape hooks have an adjustment on them so we were able to tweak them a bit. They close relatively easily. The drape does hang up in one location as it is opening up. It opens about an inch and then stops sometimes. If we push the open button one more time, it finally does open all the way. The other drape and the shade open and close just fine.
There is an issue with trying to get the remote control/phone app to work correctly. When we press the open button/up button on the remote, the drapes close. When we press the close/down button on the remote, the drapes open. We had the same issue with the shade but were able to follow the instructions that were sent with the shade to correct the problem. The instructions that came with the drapes did not solve the problem though. The app on our Android phones does the same thing. We are still trying to work through those issues. Other than the above mentioned, we love the way they look and somewhat operate. I am pretty good with technology and will figure it out sooner or later. Once we get the bugs worked out we plan on purchasing a few more for our home.

Love it! Bought one initially because I wasn’t sure if we were going to like it, ended up buying a second one for another room. Went with the Matter motor which responds quick. Installation is harder than the motorized roller blinds but doable with two people. Also note that this requires an electrical outlet and is not a rechargeable battery so choose your power cord length accordingly! Had an issue with one of the orders but customer service was great and was able to help me out (Thanks, Suzy!)

I’m very happy with this purchase. The Installation and remote programming instructions were both straight forward. My only challenge was that the screws that were included to attach to the wall were much too short if you’re screwing them directly into studs (only 1”). They probably would have been okay if using the drywall anchors but I wanted it to be more secure. Just a warning that you will want longer screws if drilling directly into studs. I contacted support for a couple questions. They were very prompt in their response and very helpful. Overall, great product and customer service. I’m happy with this purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again for other window treatments.

Works well and price is reasonable. Overall I would recommend. I did have a few thoughts for improvement:
1. It’s a shame that the curtain options do not match the options available for the blinds. This means you can’t make the curtains match the blinds if you already have blinds.
2. The curtain rod came with too many hangers for the curtain. It was easy enough to remove the extras, but then I had to reset the limits to take advantage of the extra space which was a bit of a hassle. It would be nicer if it came pre-prepared with the correct number of hangers.
3. Instructions were not super clear. I managed to set it up eventually, but the instructions didn’t seem to match the way the curtain rod was shipped (in particular the carrier bit that needed to be partially disassembled in order to hook on another plastic bit… in the instructions they describe it as being fully disassembled out of the box).
4. I wish they had an ultraslow mode for the motor like some other automatic curtains do (where they basically pulse the motor for fractions of a second at time). This way I could make the opening more quiet in the morning and not wake me up. Oh and if that mode existed you’d also need different speeds for opening vs closing (at night I want to close at highest speed, in the morning at quietest speed).

Amazing results! As someone who is very critical of the drapery component, because I have always made my own as well as for family and friends, the drapery component is very well-made, as are the track and motor assembly, and all function perfectly. The Homekit functionality is an absolute game-changer. Installation was a little tricky, but not a big deal if you have worked with professional-style drapery rods before.
